
Bequest Language
You can make a bequest simply by including language in your will designating a portion or percentage of your estate to Yeshiva University. You can use the text below or adapt it when you are ready to make a gift.
Suggested Language for Bequests
“I give and bequeath _____ (percentage of my residuary estate or a specific dollar amount) to Yeshiva University, Federal Tax I.D. Number 13-1624225, a New York nonprofit tax-exempt organization, for its tax-exempt charitable purposes.”
For a Bequest to RIETS
Please use this Federal Tax I.D. Number: 13-2673756.
For a Bequest to the Yeshiva University High Schools
Please use this Federal Tax I.D. Number: 20-0247649.
Suggested Language for Canadian Donors
“I direct my Trustees to pay or transfer _____ (specific amount, gift-in-kind or percentage of residue of estate) to CANADIAN FRIENDS OF YESHIVA UNIVERSITY, BN/Registration No. 819680851 RR 0001, and I declare that the receipt of the person professing to be the Treasurer of the recipient or other proper person to receive such sum shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees.”
